Put it in your mail client

"Copy signature" puts the formatted block on your clipboard. Paste it where your client keeps signatures. The images load from rev-innovate-signatures.pages.dev, so they show for recipients too.

Gmail

Settings, then See all settings.
Scroll to Signature and click Create new.
Name it, click in the box, paste.
Set it as the default for new emails and replies, then Save changes.

Apple Mail

Mail, then Settings, then Signatures.
Pick the revinnovate.com account and click the plus.
Untick "Always match my default message font".
Paste into the right-hand box.

Outlook

Settings, then Mail, then Compose and reply.
New signature, name it, paste.
Pick it for new messages and for replies.
Old desktop Outlook drops the pill's rounded corners. The rest holds.

How to use the four layouts

Standard is the default for any new thread.
With photo is for the first email to someone who hasn't met you. Same tile as the About page.
With a note carries the one pill we use everywhere. Outbound and first replies only. One pill per email, never in a long thread.
Compact is for replies. Set it as your reply signature in Gmail so threads stay short.
Don't add quotes, banners, or a second logo. Don't change the colors.

What still needs a decision Emails are guesses at first name at revinnovate.com. Phone numbers and LinkedIn links are blank until each person fills them in on this page. Nothing here is sent anywhere; the fields live in your browser only.
